What each number means, and what it does not mean.
NPS score
This is the share of promoters minus the share of detractors, on a scale from minus 100 to plus 100. Passives count toward your total response volume but not toward the score. That is the standard definition, and it is why a score can move even without any new promoters.
Response rate
Feedloop counts impressions, not just submissions, so the response rate is measured rather than estimated. A surprisingly low rate on the on-site pop-up is normal. Post-purchase placements almost always beat on-site ones, because the customer has just bought something and is still paying attention.
Day buckets use your store's timezone
Trends are bucketed in the timezone configured on your Shopify store, not UTC. A response at 11pm local time lands on that day, not the next one.
What Feedloop does not tell you
Answers are not weighted by order revenue, and Feedloop does not calculate return on ad spend. Responses carry an order ID and are reported by breakdown and by NPS band. If you need revenue-weighted attribution, export to CSV or use the data export API on Pro and join it against your order data yourself.
