Terms of service

These terms govern your use of https://saliapps.com and of the Shopify apps published by Sali Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By installing one of our apps or using this site, you agree to them.

The service#

We publish Shopify apps. Each app's functionality is described on its own product page, and that description is kept accurate to what the app actually does — if you find a gap between the two, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

Your account#

You access our apps through your existing Shopify account. There is no separate account to create, and we never ask for your Shopify password. You are responsible for keeping your Shopify account secure and for what the staff accounts on your store do with our apps.

Acceptable use#

Do not use our apps to:

• collect data you have no lawful basis to collect from your customers;
• send unsolicited messages, or messages that breach the marketing consent rules that apply to you;
• offer a customer anything in exchange for a public review — this breaches the Shopify App Store rules, Google's policies and Trustpilot's, and our apps will not help you do it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another merchant's data;
• resell or sublicense the app to a third party without our agreement.

Billing#

App subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Prices are in USD.

• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel yourself, at any time, from inside the app.
• Cancelling takes you to the free plan. Your surveys and your data stay.
• Shopify prorates plan changes according to its own rules, which we do not control.
• Refunds are handled through Shopify. If something went wrong on our side, tell us and we will make it right.

We may change prices. If we do, existing subscribers get notice before it takes effect, and a price change never applies retroactively to a period already billed.

Free plans#

Free plans are real plans, not trials. They do not expire. We may change the limits of a free plan with notice, and if we ever discontinue one we will give you a way to export everything first.

Your data#

You own your data. We process it to run the app, under the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.

You can export it to CSV at any time, on any plan. When you uninstall, we delete it — so export first if you want to keep it.

Availability#

We aim for the app to be available and fast, and we monitor it. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, by Shopify's own outages, or by a third-party service an integration depends on.

Intellectual property#

We own the apps, this site and their content. You own your store, your data and your content. Neither of us gets rights over the other's material by using this service.

Liability#

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost revenue.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination#

You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached — in practice, for the acceptable-use items above. If we do, we will tell you why.

Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes#

We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and give notice of material changes.
