Why this shape
What we deliberately didn't do
No NPS add-on fee.One of the larger apps in this category charges extra for Net Promoter Score on every tier, including its most expensive. NPS is the category’s namesake feature; charging for it separately is the complaint merchants make loudest.
No thin entry tier. Paid plans do not cap you at one survey with three questions and then jump six times in price. The step from free to Growth buys automation, not permission to keep using the product.
No paywalled export. CSV export and the competitor importer are on the free plan. Your data is yours whether or not you pay us, and that is not a feature we intend to discover a revenue case for later.

Start on Free. It is a real plan, not a trial. It does not expire, and 150 responses a month is enough to see whether your customers actually answer. Move to Growth when you want the app to act on a bad score rather than just record it.
