Switching from another app

The importer is available on every plan, including Free, and there is no charge for it at any tier.

What comes across

Your existing questions, their answer options and their order. Historical responses do not come across. No competitor offers an export format that makes that possible, and pretending otherwise would set you up for a bad surprise. Export your history to CSV from your current app before you cancel it.

How to import

  1. Open Import in the Feedloop admin.
  2. Choose the app you are coming from. Feedloop shows the exact steps for exporting from that app.
  3. Paste your questions in.
  4. Review what Feedloop parsed, fix anything it read wrong, and save it as a new survey.

Nothing is activated automatically. The imported survey lands as a draft, so you can check it before it goes anywhere near a customer.
