What Feedloop stores, for how long, and how to get it out or erased.
What is stored
Survey responses, the order ID a response relates to, and impression counts. Free-text answers are encrypted at rest.
GDPR webhooks
All three of Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks are implemented:
customers/data_request: a customer's data is compiled and returned to you.customers/redact: that customer's responses are erased.shop/redact: the store's data is erased after uninstall.
Retention
Responses are kept for as long as the app is installed, so your historical trend does not silently truncate. They are deleted when you uninstall, and on customer erasure requests.
Getting your data out
CSV export is available on every plan. The data export API is available on Pro. Export before you uninstall, because uninstalling deletes your data.
