Invite your happiest customers to leave a public review, without any incentives.

How it works
When a customer scores 9 or 10, Feedloop shows them a review invitation right after they submit, the moment they feel best about you. Point it at your Google Business profile, your Trustpilot page, or any review URL you like, in Settings → Review funnel.
Click-throughs are tracked, so you can see how many invitations turned into visits.
No incentives, ever
Feedloop will not let you offer a discount, a gift or an entry into a draw in exchange for a review. This is not a missing feature. Shopify App Store requirement 1.3 prohibits incentivised reviews, penalties reach Partner Account termination, and Google and Trustpilot have equivalent rules of their own.
A neutral ask at the right moment converts well enough on its own, and that is the whole idea behind the funnel.
